Have you ever tried doing your yoga balance poses at the beach? Not easy, right! With that in mind, this video provides instructions for practicing Pirate Pose 2.0 with a bit more challenge by having you stand on a yoga sandbag. And you can walk the plank by going even further by placing a block on the sandbag and trying it again. (If you don't have a sandbag, try a large bag of rice.)
